I have a studio apartment available for long-term rental. It is located on the ninth for of the New San Juan Condominium in Isla Verde Avenue. A walk from the beach, the mall, and next to all the hotels, casinos and restaurants.

Tengo un apartamento tipo estudio disponible para alquiler a largo plazo. Está localizado en el noveno piso del Condominio New San Juan en la Avenida Isla Verde. A pasos de la playa, centro comercial, y al lado de los hoteles, casinos y restaurantes.

It’s an efficiency consisting of 1 bedroom. It has marble floors and a balcony with a view of both the beach and the avenue. The kitchen was remodeled recently and will keep the fridge, range, microwave, ceiling fan and air conditioner. It has 1 underground parking space.
